Dawn

Dawn is our beach apartment for guests who come for the sea and the sun. Located in the Four Seasons apart-hotel on Pionerskiy Prospekt — the wide sandy beach is literally 300 meters away, with the path to the shore directly across from the building.

A 23-square-meter studio on the fourth floor. A queen-size Askona bed with an orthopedic mattress, a fold-out chair-bed for a third guest, and blackout curtains for restful sleep. A fully equipped kitchen with a cooktop, fridge, microwave, and complete cookware set. Washing machine, air conditioning, and TV — everything for a comfortable extended stay.

The apartment is newly renovated with brand-new furniture. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and public transport are within walking distance. Anapa airport is 10 kilometers away, the train station just 4 kilometers. Nearby Vityazevo offers its famous Paralia promenade and central park, with buses every 5–10 minutes.

Check-in from 2 PM, check-out by noon. A refundable 5,000₽ deposit is collected at check-in.
